How do I reset my password?

From my.mobiso.com click the 'login' button. (you can leave the username/password fields blank) You will be presented with "Sorry, that username/password is incorrect. Forgot your password?" . Click the 'Forgot your password?' link. Enter the email address that is associated with your mobiso account and click the 'Request Password' button. Your password will be sent to the email address in your account.

Do I need a special plan from my mobile operator?

The Mobiso service requires exchange of data over the internet. We designed the service in order to minimize data traffic; however, if you don't have a mobile data plan from your mobile operator, you may incur costly data charges.

Most mobile operators today offer convenient plans for data services and Internet access. Please check with your mobile operator to find out the one that suits you best.

What do I need to start using this service?

Most users can use this service immediately after sign-up. You're ready to go if:

  • you have a supported handset
  • your phone has been correctly configured to access the Internet
  • you have an appropriate Internet data plan from your mobile operator

What do I do when I have a new phone, change my phone number, or change my mobile operator?

Easy. Log in to my.mobiso.com and from the MY PHONE widget on your home page, click on the drop down menu and select Change Phone ... . Enter then information about your new phone such as the manufacturer and model, and save. You will then be guided to install or configure the proper clients on your new phone.

How do I send an error log from my Blackberry to someone?

Please follow these steps to send an error log from your Blackberry to someone.

  1. Press and hold [Alt], then press LGLG (that's the letters L, G, L, G). This brings up the error log.
  2. Press the [Menu] button, then choose Options
    Change Min Log Level to Debug
    [Menu] - Save
  3. Exit and sync again
  4. Once complete, or error appears
    Press and hold alt, then press LGLG
    Press [Menu] button, select Copy Day's Events - All
    Go to Menupad - [Menu] - New, type Title, then [Enter] to text field.
    [Menu] - Paste, [Menu] - Save.
    [Menu] - Forward as email
