One of the world's leading professional services organizations, with offices in more than 140 countries.

Challenge

The client needed to accurately and account for global travelers’ business calls and automate business unit allocation of telecom expenses. In addition the client needed a way for globally distributed employees on mobile devices to reach each other without needing to remember long dialing codes, and utilizing the Global WAN to avoid international toll charges.

Solution

Lyrix deployed a global Mobiso Speech Assistant solution tied to the client’s Corporate Directory and Global WAN solution to facilitate inter-employee collaboration. Syncing to personal Address book was also provided to allow voice dialing of business contacts. Lyrix also developed a billing integration to automatically track traveler calls for accurate bill back without any paperwork required by the employee.

Benefits

The client’s mobile pursuit teams became more productive through both enhanced communications tools but also through the relief of reduced expense accounting each month. As a result, they were more focused on generating revenues. In addition, more calls were routed though the Global WAN saving the client significant international telecom charges.
